A beautiful visual of a launch aboard the mighty USS Constellation (CV-64) during a cloudy day as a F-14A of VF-21 “Freelancers” taxis up to CAT 1 for launch.  Heater was blessed with many prestigious assignments in his career, and this was taken during his “command tour” as the commanding officer of VF-21 in the early 90’s.
